Located in Fairfield CT, the company was founded by the husband and wife team of Bryan Robik and Ronit Glantz. Ronit holds a degree in business management and is a member of the Central Connecticut State University National Honor Society for Business. Bryan earned a degree in civil engineering and has hands on experience with large construction and excavation companies. A carpenter by trade, he has over 20 years experience as a builder, general contractor and developer. Rounding out the Robik Glantz team are Al Ziedins, Ron Revere, and Margaret Schneider. Project Manager, Al Ziedins has over ten years of experience in project management, historic restoration and site management. He formerly served as a Project Manager with Spinnaker Development, a firm that specializes in real estate development and management. Ron Revere has been the companie’s Superintendent for the last five years. He has a strong background in the supervision of large development projects and remodeling. Margaret Schneider serves as the company’s office manager and has been with the company for the last seven years.
